Let go of your expectations of what a photoshoot “should” be like. The reality is that my shoots are slow, chaotic, messy, and tiring. BUT it is also warm, touching, and worth your while.
Come to our session ready to open your heart, let go of your inhibitions, and be as carefree as possible. Laugh with each other, dance like no one’s watching, act silly, embrace imperfection, shower your loved ones with kisses, and hug them tight.
My eyes will be solely on the connection between YOU and YOUR FAMILY. My directions and prompts can only go so far in initiating movement and interaction. Your unique quirks, tender exchanges, mannerisms, inside jokes, all the details that tell your family’s story — let that take over the session.
Linger in all these fleeting moments. Feel it all and don’t hold back. LOVE THEM HARD.
