By booking a photography session with Sunfolk, you agree to follow the following:
✹ Safety First: Your family’s safety is of utmost importance to me. I kindly ask that you keep an eye on your kids at all times and refrain from engaging in any behavior that may pose a risk to individuals or equipment within the space.
✹ Privacy and Consent: Please do not disclose the exact unit number and location of my studio since it’s located in a residential building.
✹ Cleanliness and Organization: Leave your shoes near the door inside the unit. Dispose of trash in the bin inside the bathroom & bring it with you to the trash disposal area in Basement 1 (especially dirty diapers & wet wipes). Please flush the toilet after use and don’t leave any marks. Do not throw tissue paper into the toilet. Only drinks in closed containers & dry snacks may be consumed in the designated area near the door.
✹ Time Management: Clients must arrive on time for their scheduled session. Clients who arrive late for their session will have their session time reduced accordingly. In cases where clients are excessively late and cannot be accommodated within the remaining session time, they will be required to reschedule their session, subject to availability & with an additional fee of php500. Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled session without prior notification may forfeit their deposit.
✹ Cancellation: Bookings are not cancellable but can be rescheduled if anyone in the family is not feeling well, or if the weather is bad. No extra fee for emergencies as long as you inform me a day before our shoot.
✹ Communication: Your feedback, questions, and suggestions are highly appreciated. I encourage open and respectful communication to ensure your comfort throughout the process.
✹ Professional Conduct: I kindly request your courteous behavior, respect for others, and adherence to any applicable codes of conduct. Any client/guest displaying unprofessional or disrespectful behavior will be asked to leave. If anything goes out of hand, the building security will be contacted immediately.
✹ Studio Limitations: Maximum of 5 guests per shoot. Only those who are part of the shoot can stay inside. Only (1) helper is allowed to stay inside if necessary and must not in any way, cause disruption(block, distract, etc.) that will affect the flow & output of the shoot.
✹ Breakage Policy: Clients are responsible for any damage or breakage of studio equipment/props during their session. The studio reserves the right to inspect equipment before and after each session to assess any damages. Clients will be charged for the full cost of repairing or replacing any damaged equipment/props. Fines for breakage will be determined based on the extent of the damage and the cost of repair or replacement.
✹ Personal belongings: The studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
✹ Smoking/Vaping/Illegal Substance: Smoking/vaping is not allowed anywhere inside the building. Bringing alcohol, dangerous items, and other illegal substances is prohibited.
✹ Others: Please make sure you LOVE my style and everything inside the studio(minimal setups, props, etc.) NO OTHER THEMES OR PROPS are allowed.
✹ For family shoots: I intentionally do not interact with the kids nor do I encourage forcing them to smile and pose. The goal is to capture you as you are so I encourage you to go with the flow, be present, play, act silly, shower them with love, and focus on making the shoot a fun experience for the kids.
NEW NORMAL PROTOCOLS:
✹ I only accept 1 booking per day to have enough time to clean and sanitize the studio.
✹ I am fully vaccinated (Sinovac) with 1 booster shot(Pfizer). If required, I can agree to a saliva antigen test c/o the client
✹ During shoots, I always wear a face mask and maintain a 2 to 3 feet distance from the client.
✹ Feel free to use the sanitizers inside the studio at any time.
✹ If anyone in your family has a cough/cold/fever or any symptoms, we can reschedule the shoot with no extra fee.
